Hello! I toured Unit 6 in this building and the cabinetry through the kitchen had evidence of mold, mildew, and severe water damage which was not repaired. Much of the wood was rotting away, covered in mold/mildew, or had been painted over. I was told it was not going to be repaired, so I chose not to apply, but I'm concerned for the health and wellbeing of future tenants or people living in other units who may be having similar problems/
