There's two rental units that are literally in a backyard behind 7411 46th AveS. From what I understand one is a mother-in-law suite and the other is a converted garage. I'm not sure if either one of them are up to any sort of building code and I'm not sure this is proper use of the land (I think this is single family home area?)
