Building is leaning. Building was hit by a car in July 2022 that involved the collapse of 2 interior support beams, and destruction of two units. Temporary 2x4 beam was placed by fire dept. following accident to prevent immediate collapse, but was moving slowly by end of July 2022. Floor and foundation of building has not been level in years. Units 1 and 2 of Lee's Sand Point have been in disrepair for over a year while our rent continues to increase. No one is living in these units, but it has potential to effect the health and safety of the other units in the building.
