The overgrown ivy in front of two of the houses covers more than half the sidewalk, and I have seen rodents in the ivy multiple times."

per CSC complaint form: The building is being used as a triplex and was permitted as such in 1989, however, the lower unit is only accessible through a hatch door in the floor of the 1st floor unit. Also, each tenant doesnt have access to their service panels. ATTN to inspector: please coordinate with electrical inspector supervisor (Tim Rasmussen) for the inspection

per CSC complaint form: A Puget Sound Energy rep said that the new owners have just installed a "High Energy Gas Furnace". When I researched the permits issued for this property, I see no Mechanical Permit issued. Natural gas odors are emanating from this furnace and are directed at our building . Please investigate.
