Overgrown hedge taking over half the alley, impeding alley access as well as driving traffic onto our private property. This is a recurring issue with this property. Thanks!

Blocking 4 to 5 feet of the alley creating problems backing out of our parking as well forcing alley drivers to swerve further into our private parking area, which is not a road. Background: in February of 2019, this entire hedge was pushed over by heavy snows, they've now been trimed in place and no signs of righting the situation. We have tried to contact landlord with no success
