Per online complaint, "Occupant has posted a sign on his fence advertising his business, in a single family residential neighborhood. Also, periodically puts a "sandwich board" sign on the sidewalk in front of his home advertising the same business. Name on signs is "Von's Golf, Seattle-USA."
