Ongoing problem with rat infestation. Previously, the property MGMT told tenants that because it is a single family house, the tenants are responsible for pest control measures. Tenants actively worked to resolve problem. However, the infestation has reached the point in which it is adversely affecting air quality on the premises - when heat is turned on, a terrible odor overtakes the house (tenants believe it is rodent droppings and carcasses).
