PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: The rental property at 745 and 743 10th Ave E has large overgrown shrubs and bush that is taking up half the sidewalk so when two people are passing each other one has to step onto a very busy street. If you google the location and use street view you can see that it was quite overgrown summer 2017.
