Per CSB; Address concern regarding leaning and unbalanced trees due to trimming on one side. Concern for public safety regarding trees that were trimmed last week. Large mature trees were already leaning towards the road, as well as pulling up sidewalk. The trimmers have since cutting only one side, have imbalanced these giant trees even further. My concern is come winter storms, wind and snow, these trees will come down on someone and pull the sidewalk up completely
