Per Online;The trash dump site for this apartment building is on the Summit Ave E sidewalk with no locking system. It's left open and is frequently rifled through and spread across the sidewalk and street. I just watched someone go through the dumpster, throw around a tv screen, and throw a bike in the area. The building on 745 Summit Ave E dumpsters are constantly being dumped on to the sidewalk and the public right of way. The building management does not maintain the sidewalk and the trash will fill up the sidewalk and attract crows and rats and will not get picked up for weeks at a time. It is unhygienic and unacceptable for our neighborhood.
