Per Online Complaint:"The rental house is substandard living conditions with tenants reporting leaking rotten roof, mold and mushrooms growing in bathroom, dangerous stairs in back, rodents. Report owner makes no effort to repair. Rodents thrive in debris in back."*Complainant is not a tenant, the house currently does have renters in it. The junk constists of old lumber piles & old construction debris.*
