There has been a leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom closet since before we moved in 6 years ago. The owner of the house has tried multiple times to fix the issue on his own but the leak has not stopped. The water enters through a hole in the roof caused by a non-permitted construction addition on the roof that he has tried to patch with flex tape. We are requesting an inspection of the roof where the water is coming in as well as the repairs he has tried to
