Foundation has visible cracks and the interior flooring is dramatically settling. Complaint has on occasionally to add shims to teh stove, tables, and furniture to stay ahead of the settlement. the interior walls are buckling and cracking. The bath tub and kitchen sink regularly backs up and several months ago a plumber was under the house and told her that there was animal excrement all throughout the crawl space.

Washing machine not working properly (won't spin), oven not working properly (not able to keep it's temperaure), security gate in rear yard is in poor condition and not able to secure the property.
