Per online complaint: This apartment building is located at the northwest of the intersection of 6th Ave. NW and NW 75th st. in area code 98117. There is no number on the building. In the parking garage of this building there is a large accumulation if garbage, some scattererd on the ground.

Bedroom light in unit doesn't work. Common area problems include a hole in the hallway wall on the 2nd floor, a cracked exterior door downstairs near the parking garage that doesn't shut and can't be locked, a burned-out light bulb in the stairwell area on the 3rd floor, dirty stairwells, and a broken concrete slab on 1 of the 2 exterior stairs in the front of the building that has been replaced by a loose piece of wood.
