Again... construction underway next door as I write. I've been told by the City that this is just "stabilization" after a house fire -- but the fire was in August 2018, and involved only the attic.  There is ongoing work underway in the basement.  This is construction in advance of a permit for a remodel. WHY is the City ignoring this?

CONSTRUCTION--per online--I submitted an earlier complaint, and was apprised by your program that there was no evidence of construction underway at this fire-damaged home. I was surprised that the obvious signs of work were missed by the inspector.  I have tried MULTIPLE times to attach photos, with no success.  The evidence of construction is OBVIOUS; new lumber in the knee walls, a hydraulic jack, post and beam lifting the floor; shims to fill the gap between basement wall

The house at 7506 Sunnyside Ave. N. burned in August 2018; it is unoccupied, but the owner is making modifications to the remaining structure in advance of a remodel; there is no permit.
