A huge container trailer is located on the property, 5 feet away from the property boundary with 7515 24th Ave NE. The trailer sits on large stacks of concrete blocks, with its roof being more than 10 feet above the ground. The trailer itself is approximately 24'x8'. It is old and very ugly: unpainted commercial storage trailer. It is certainly a code violation and public nuisance and a huge eye sore visible from the very high-end home we are completing.
