This property is managed by the most negligent property management company I have ever rented from. There have been over 15 maintenance requests and routine maintenance that have been not resolved properly. The bathroom had black mold and it took them 6 months to deal with it. Now the sewer has overflowed in the basement four times in the last month. The plumbers have given them a quote to fix the problem and they have refused to do it. They do not answer the emergency line and it is becoming
