Per online complaint: "King County Records indicate my 10th unit is not an "approved" or recorded dwelling at the 9 unit multi-dwelling apartment building. Due to this I did not receive notice of pending construction of a cellular tower on said building's roof. I am curious to determine if this is a zoning violation."
