The contractor building a new house to the north of my property which is 7509 24th NE has removed the fence and shrubs which was built and planted by my family who has owned the property since 1951 without permission from myself this has caused a hazard and destroyed my property. This is an urgent condition and I am requesting a red tag on the construction site until repairs are made.

Per online: Vegetation at two houses in the 7500 block of 24th Ave NE are blocking the sidewalk: 7515 Has an evergreen tree now grown to the outer edge of the walk. 7533 Has potted plants to the midpoint of the sidewalk, and a tree whose branches extend across the walk at eye level.
