Municipal code 23.45.534 A where "exterior lighting shall be shielded from adjacent properties". The apartment complex has not taken steps to shield their exterior lights for adjacent properties. Their lights project into my bedroom. It has affected my sleep patterns, mental health and impacted me financially as I was forced to purchase blackout curtains to try to mitigate the light polution.
