Landlord failed to provide documentation in a satisfactory or timely manner regarding return of security deposit. It was apparent they did not inspect the unit after deducting from our deposit. I am reporting as, even though they agreed to refund the deposit, they violated the rules and I feel they do this to other tenants who may not know their rights

On 3/13/2023 the washer in our unit, which had been used for its intended purpose, broke. It was immediately reported to management. Management took about 20 days before a maintenance tech came to look (4/3/2023). Property management claims they are waiting on a part, and have started to ignore our text messages and requests through the rental portal for updates.
