weeds from backyard encroaching 1/2 way across the alley. Weeds are also so tall that complainant is concerned the telephone wire will snap (the telephone wire has snapped before from the weight of the weeds). Also concerned the fence will fall down from all the weeds. Can be viewed from the alley in back of the house.
