Per 1/27/12 online complaint: "There is a lot of working going on, checked the permit site & cannot find one. As a business owner who pulls permits in the city, it is not comforting to see this right in my neighborhood. I believe it may even be a handyman service. When new windows arrived today, I decided to complain."***Remodel without a permit including, but not limited to, installing new windows in in a SFR (new owner as of 9/30/11)***
