Short term rental unit is not managing waste and garbage from renters. Bins are left in the public way at all time, they are often overflowing, garbage is not properly bagged/secured, and contributing to increased litter and rodents. When bins are full, renters often resort to placing bags in the planting strip and/or in other neighbors bins, and often not managing recycling as well.
