Tenant moved in unit on 4th of June with roommate, does have a disability. Was looking to apply for ADA discount program with SPU, does not qualify because basement unit is unpermitted/not recognized as its own unit and meter is shared. Believes landlord is operating unpermitted rental, requesting inspection. Landlord is also refusing to provide paperwork necessary for tenant to receive rental assistance. Seeking tenant rights.
