The property at 7548 28th Ave. NW has remodeled the garage and uses it as a rental via an Air B & B. There is also a structure in the back yard of the property that may be a separate ADU; it's not clear. The issue is with parking. The owners and renters at this address consistently use street parking in front of all the close by neighbors rather than their own street parking/driveway/former off-street parking in the back.
