Overgrown vegetation is causing visibility issues for an already dangerous intersection.

Unit is unoccupied with a real estate agency listing contact info on their door. Multiple times a day a loud alarm sounds notifying the resident of some sewer issue, but with no one home, the alarm persists until we (neighbors) engage a silence knob. Contacting the property owners has yielded no results and the alarm continues to go off multiple times at random points throughout the day and night.

PER CSB: Blackberry bushes choking tree and over growing planting strip onto main sidewalk. Large and has not been cleared creating a home for rodents.

Planting strip along the street is not being maintained. This is causing driving visibility issues at the intersection of 43rd Ave S & Renton Ave.  Property appears to be abandoned and under potential new development and not being maintained. I have observed people trespassing and concerned about squatters inhabiting property. Failure to maintain the area is attracting trespassers.
