Auto sales business in L3 zone started over this past weekend. Owner paved over front yard and has 5 cars for sale in the front, and about 5 cars between the side and rear of property. Homemade sign posted, "Phoi Used Auto Sales."

the owner has a garbage buss. in which he stores garbage out in the yards and burns them. He has added a wooden stove along the side of the bldg. where he will burn the garbage there several times a week....
