Toilet in bathroom is cracked and leaking. Kitchen sink is constantly leaking. The wooden front porch is rotting. Old electrical wiring can't support too much electrical usage w/o blowing a circuit and may be a fire hazard. She said her kitchen stove caught on fire a while ago. The compl has lived here for 8 years and says the owner is always slow to respond to her repair requests.
