Per online complaint "Illegal Rental Unit and Plumbling & Electrick construction without permits. I ended up speaking with this tenant x3. There is only 1 communal kitchen so not an illegal unit conversation took a turn, substandard living conditions. chimney has a big gap, windows fall down when you open them, no locks on basement doorsn or either the windows, no heat in the kitchen but there is heat everywhere else, .
