Wants housing inspection: concerned about electricity because she gets shocked when washing dishes. She is also concerned about slanting floor that, according to other tenants, is a result of the 2001 earthquake. She has been so concerned about the slanting floor that she has been getting rid of her personal items so as not to add more weight to the floor on the downslope side.
