No hot water out of bathtub faucet (there is hot water out of the kitchen faucet). Hole in bathtub wall (paneling?). Electrical problems - lights don't work in kitchen & bedroom. Water leaks into bathroom light fixture when it rains. Owner recently raised rent dramatically, so tenants (complainant and wife) have decided to move out of the house after renting it for 16 years - said they will still have keys to the house when inspector calls to set up inspection.
