Per Online; Damaged Tree - SR 20-00179211The tree referred to above died this spring before the heat wave and drought. The city arborist had previously inspected the tree that was damaged by a city street work sign falling on it. Photos attached. I am convinced it died as a result of the bark damage from the fallen street sign last year. This is because we planted a total of four trees in November 2019 and the other three are thriving. Unpermitted ADU in basement with access of alley, two sets of renters moved in this weekend. NOTE: Complainant stated they are frustrated as they made a complaint when it was a being built, but the inspector saw no evidence of construction activity and closed the SR as no violation.
