Owner rents 4 rooms plus mother-in-law and also lives in the house. Tenant has been complaining about rats in garage attic and in walls of the house. Owner has asked her and her room mate to move by the end of the month because they are complaning about the situation and are not happy. Tenant has called King Co Public Health and has also gone to the Tenant's Union.
