Landlord does not address work orders in accordance with RCW. The communal laundry room, located under my unit, is not up to code. There is black mold in the laundry room, and the appliances don't work properly. The room floods every time the washing machine is used, and this, along with zero ventilation, is causing the black mold. It's been like this for years, despite countless requests to rectify the issue.

Water leaks through windows and pools on sil, which is rotted. Mold on window sils. Toilet is loose and leaks at the base. Complainant says they painted over some mold areas and "that's not how you get rid of mold."
