Illegal Units x 2. Complainaint is living substandardly a new family just moved in there wasn't any security to separate both families ability to access each others living space. Complainaint has to go into the living space of the new tenants to wash laundry. Both units have stoves. Per King County Records it looks like one legal unit only.
