My tenant moved out of my home today. He dragged his piano 2 houses down wrapped in a bright green tarp and left it there. He admitted leaving it and is refusing to properly dispose of it. He's also threatening to sue me for "taking his belongings". His tenancy was up 6/30/24 but I allowed him 14 extra hours to remove his belongings.
