POTA--per phone call--landlord/owner called and wants to know what his responsibilities are as far as extermination. Tents are complaining about bedbugs but the prior tenants never had them. Current tenants have been there for months and never had them and now they do. He believes they have brought them in from somewhere else. Is he responsible for exterminating
