per online complaint: Evergreen hedge is growing onto sidewalk and into alleyway. Hedge obscures views for cars traveling eastbound down the alley toward Linden, which poses a danger to pedestrians. Hedge also blocks part of sidewalk. Attempt to get property managers to address was not successful.

Per online complaint "I am still not sure if I am contacting the right city department. I had a clogged pipe that was backing up into my apartment. The manager took no cleaning action for several days. Pipe is leaking into wall. Apartment stinks of mildew, situation is unlivable. Help, please. Apartment 4."
