per online complaint: House has broken windows, rotten elevated deck & porch posts in rear; several windows boarded up. Garage adjacent to alley open to entry with broken MDF sheets in doorway allowing entry of transients. House appears rented as Honda sedan with expired Michigan plates parked in rear on nightly basis.
