ant infestation that landlord refuses to properly deal with, mold in one of the bedrooms, exposed wiring and ducting, open/unsealed pvc being used to cover wire in bathroom, shower below minimum code size (linear dimension and overall sqft), little to no ventilation with hvac, missing FA speakers, exposed gas and water heaters directly next to bedroom and others i'm sure i've missed

Several issues and code violations including: fire codes (missing smoke detectors, empty fire extinguisher, improperly installed electrical devices), heavy presence of mold, lack of absence of adequate ventilation, insect infestation that landlord refuses to treat appropriately, failure to follow city codes for wet utilities, exceeding decibel level reported and not addressed by landlord.

Per Online; The homeowner is excavating by hand digging what appears to be the side sewer on the north side of the house. The trench is at least 4 feet deep and extends the length of the house. There is a pump running attached to a garden hose that is draining water into the front yard. Is a permit required for this type of work? This is a rental dwelling that is currently occupied.
