Tenant fell and hurt her back, slip hazard has not been remedied. There are also exposed wires in unit, landlord is ignoring all messages. Would also like to report they are not zoned to be a rental property, tenant is not receiving mail nor do they have a valid address. Has dealt with lockout attempts, prevention of use of amenities, and a unsafe environment. Requesting inspection and tenant rights.
