Howard Homes, a commercial tenant at 7801 Lake City Way NE, is in a spot zoned for residential and commercial use. I live right next door at 7803 12th Ave. NE in a townhome. This is a residential area. About three months ago, Mr. Howard, a mason, began having people cut bricks with a power saw outside on his property.
