Construction has started that includes heavy machinery work in a shared residential alley that effectively prevents anyone from driving in or out of it. I live in the house directly next to the work, and there are trucks blocking me from entering or exiting my driveway. The trucks are left longer than 15 minutes unattended, and there is honking for cars that need to get past.
