My name is Nelson Snook, I am the property manager for 7815 Beacon Ave S. My tenant has been complaining about a fly infestation believed to be coming from the neighbor at 7809 Beacon Ave S. The property has a very strong smell comming from it along with large amounts of trash in the front and back yard.
