This address still has an active RRIO rental registration showing - 001-0155420 - even though the basement unit it was registered for was proven to be in violation of RRIO requirements on SDCI inspection (the owner lied on the RRIO application) and city codes. Owner, real estate agent of this property, Phuong Le, is attempting to sell this house represented as a five bedroom house. However, as the former tenant of the 'basement' unit that was recently inspected by the SDCI due to tenant complaint regarding it being an unpermitted, illegal ADU unit, it is to my knowledge that the two 'bedrooms' in the basement area are not actually up to code to be labelled and sold as bedrooms.
