Per Online; Prior Complaint which was resolved - Record Number: 001082-22CPRecently it seems they have un-did their resolution and the noise all night has returned. If we could request they reinstate the isolation or sound proofing they had implemented prior for the dewatering plant in operation. Again it was resolved, so they changed somehing and the deep humming and pulsing sound is most pervasive at night when no traffic or daytime noise is around.

Building B. SPD responds to CONSTANT false area of refuge alarm trips. This is a continuous drain on SPD resources and SFD call taker resources. SFD will not respond to these calls. SPD is required to respond to these calls. Spoke to Ofc. N. Volpi he states fire alarm is not covered or secure

about 2 months ago i spoke to my landlord about me finding 1 roach in our bath tub. he then said he was going to have someone come bomb the apartment because the garbage room and another floor has made complaints about them but they never bomb the apartment and instead put down mice traps. since then we have found numerous roaches on many different occasions and have told the landlord but nothing is being done and now they are increasing the rent which why would we pay more when the building ha
