Per the previous response from SDCI - they indicated that they do not review. It is my understanding that SDCI permits and enforces code compliance of storm water. If SPU completes the field inspection, please provide a contact for SPU. We reviewed the drainage patterns on the revised driveway during the recent rain event. We have concerns with the residential construction at 7938 Seward Park Avenue S. This lot has been subdivided into 3 lots and currently 2 of the homes have been built. We reached out to the site inspector, Yung Potts, and he recommended that we submit a complaint. The following are our concerns. A.
