PER ONLINE COMPLAINT:These slumlords kicked out the family that lived in squalor in the house. Now there is a giant vinyl recliner, garbage, furniture, and everything that family left behind just sitting exposed and visible from the alley, rained on... A total dumping ground that our neighbors have to look at every day.

"Per online complaint" This is definitely a case of ongoing substandard rental housing. There are damaged windows, all kinds of leaks, holes in the siding and roofing, and general neglect. This is a slumlord situation with an owner that is doing nothing to keep the home up. The tenants are also very dirty and crowded.
