Per online complaint "THE PROPERTY IS A RENTAL HOUSE RIGHT NOW AND THE GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY ARE BEING USED AS CAR/AUTO REPAIR SHOP RESULTING IN INCREASE IN CAR TRAFFIC,NOISE AND CARS PARK ILLEGALLY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. SINCE THE OCCUPANT STARTED DOING THIS, CAR ENGINE NOISE IS RAMPANT DAY AND NIGHT. ANY BUS. PERMIT?"
